Legacy Custom Homes & Renovations will build anywhere in Wisconsin, but we focus on the northwestern area of Buffalo, Chippewa, Clark, Dunn, Eau Claire, Jackson, Menomonie, Pepin, Pierce, St. Croix, and Trempealeau counties.

We take great pride in building your custom home. You will find the same superior attention to detail in every home we build right down to the cabinet hardware. Only quality materials from reputable area suppliers will be used. We have teamed up with some of the best suppliers and sub-contractors in the area. Our sub-contractors will ensure superior craftsmanship, and you can be assured they will build your home on time. After all, we want to ensure years of satisfaction for the single largest investment you’ll ever make.

While dreams don’t depend on a budget, the staff at Legacy Custom Homes & Renovations knows that real life demands a budget. Each home is individually customized, so the cost of a Legacy Home varies. With a clearly defined plan, we can guarantee a price. Estimates can be provided within two weeks.

When your design is clearly defined, we will then meet with you to provide a complete and detailed estimate. Legacy Custom Homes & Renovations stands behind each estimate provided. No two homes are ever the same, and many times the homeowner’s ideas change during the building process. As such, we make every effort to accommodate those changes and still remain within budget. Please understand that should the new ideas create a situation that will bring us over budget, we will inform you immediately. We want no surprises for you at closing time. If you wish to do some of the construction in order to add features or stay within the budget, you are welcome to do so. We will even assist you by coordinating the construction to ensure a smooth building process.

After the house is finished, it will come with a one-year warranty.

Legacy Custom Homes & Renovations encourages you to be as involved in the home building process as your time permits. You can customize the details on one of our proven plans, or we can work with a plan you already have. Your custom home will be completed in approximately four months; however, time can vary depending on the detail of the home, time of year, and various parties involved. Legacy Custom Homes & Renovations keeps you informed as your building project progresses and all work is completed in a timely manner. From start to finish, we do everything we can to make your home building experience enjoyable.
