When your design is clearly defined, we will meet with you to provide a complete and detailed estimate. Legacy Homes stands behind each estimate. No two homes are ever the same and many times the homeowner's ideas change during the building process. As such, we make every effort to accommodate those changes and still remain within budget. Please understand should the new ideas create a situation that will bring us over budget, we will inform you immediately. We want no surprises for you at closing time.

Your custom home will be completed in approximately four months; however, time can vary depending on the detail of the home, time of year, and various parties involved. Legacy Homes keeps you informed as your building project progresses. From start to finish, we do everything we can to make your homebuilding experience enjoyable.
